why is this happeneing???? Ec @ .7 and Ph @ 5.8

Drip System

Lighting: 250watt Mh for 2 mother plants, 2 2 foot T5 floro's for clones/seedlings, 400watt Hps to flower 4 plants at a time.

Air Circulation: 140 Cfm muffin fan, exchanges all the air in my cabinet twice a minute.

Growing Medium: Rockwool cubes and Hydroton
Nutes: Veg: Botanicare Pure Blend Pro grow + Botanicare Cal-Mag

If u ask me your over feeding them.. Also they look to strethed out with to small leaves.. whats the temp at top level? and how far are the lights... Do you give to much water=> mostly not the case, it does make them grow to thin and high but they aint gonna grow strait so i say to many nutes burning your plants..
Can i have some rep for that?? ;)

temp at the top of the cab is 25-26 (sorry i use celcius)i keep the 250watt mh 12 inches away. i just started adding nutes last week.... is .6 Ec too high for plants in second week of veg?
