help plezz yellow plant

my plants are turning yellow the whole plant i added bat gouno but to no avail anyhelp would be awsome

Dont freak out, these plants are pretty good,u dont have yellow leaves,nor no def. so its good its not leanin to the side either, leaves look healthy.
