I’m okay to do this? I was sick of mixing my water every time, so I’ve put 10 litres into this storage container with my water pump in there, is this okay? Thanks
Thanks
Can I get your advice on something, I planted these both at the same time using the same nutrient mix and one seems to just be lagging behind the rest, the roots looked so healthy when I transplanted but all the way through so far it’s been hanging behind and looks frailI'd say depends on temp. Below 65, 60 would be better. Is that enough suface disturbance? Use all of one batch before mixing new one.
Some are slow & take their time. The plant doesn't look as healthy as the other. Has this one seen more water looks over watered. Others will be able to help a lot more than me, maybe someone will know. You may need to start a thread in plant problems.
I don’t feel like I’ve been watering it that much, I think I’ll wait until the coco is bone dry before it’s next feedIt does look like it's getting over watered. If I had to guess I'd say they're probably all being watered on the same schedule? Plants from seed will have some variation and with young plants that will also mean tailoring your watering to the individual plants needs.

It's circulating and oxygenating. The action of the nutrient solution circulating across the top oxygenates it. The container is a grey tote that has a lid. The lid is off so I could take a photo. I'm not using anything organic and it's a gravity fed system so the solution remains contaminate free. On my fourth grow with this setup and have not had a single issue with algae or anything growing inside the reservoir. Not suggesting it's not, never used one for that! This for circulation or oxgenating? But a light proof container is suggested.
Do you run it 24/7 or cycle it? Been thinking about dropping the air pump & stones but don't want to mess up my balance! Thanks for the info! It's circulating and oxygenating.
