Buy some Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil, some perlite and a small bag of dolomite lime. You can use this mix all the way through veg without needing grow nutes. I suggest you transplant at least once in veg. Then just decide on some bloom nutes before flowering begins. The simplest and most effective nute system out there is Fox Farms. Big Grow, Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom. There are other products you can add to this lineup to get bigger and better buds as well, they have a simple chart and feeding schedule and that's that. Then all you really need is a pH meter.

But honestly. If you are just doing one plant at a time, just use the soil mix I gave. And grab one or a combo of bloom nutes from any lineup and read up on how and when to use them. It's also good to have a simple N source to add in mid flower so your leaves don't turn yellow too early.

basically it depends what your growing in but if you use a good soil with all the good stuff in it already then all you need is water or organic teas like gioua said..
if not than all you really need is a solid NPK (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) i think theres a product called jacks classic 20-20-20 its super cheap that a lot of people use
but it all depends on the grower some people like to spend thousands on all different kinds of nutrients, personally i would never spend anywhere near that much on nutrients but to each their own.
