help please

just wondering if my claw leaf problem is down to over watering or if it is something different. im new to this so any help would be much appreciated. she has been flowering for 2weeks but being as this is my first grow i dont know that much.

first off replace the foil with mylar or flat white paint. looks like heat stress to me. what are your temps? what type of lighting system? how offen do you water. the more detales you give the easer it is for some one to help. what & how offen do you give nutes?your temps shouldbe between65 & 75 f

Foil is crap, 2mm mylar works great,that plant looks skinny,stronger the stem the more bud it can carry, also it looks quite tall, it will grow a 1/3 more during flowering so that will be a tall plant, and inside, that is really shite you want short and fat, my advice for what its worth bigger lights, less watering
