My neighbor cut back her hedges today and my plants are now highly visible from a road near my house. Really worried there gonna get stolen. Should I just crop now??? Here are pics from today. I'm really worried here guys. Will I get anything decent from these buds. School buses full of highschool students get driven by my backyard every day and I'm very concerned. Also already seen some people scoping it out from the road in there car today.

depends on the color of trichomes, If they are cloudy I would just pick. They look like they could be close and I would hate to have someone steal them. You will know what’s right. Good luck

I know what you're talking about, but I would be tempted to set up a real tent outside and camp out for a couple weeks, lol. They aren't gonna want to try if you're right there. Another thing I would do is set up an alarm. I used a personal alarm that we had laying around to rig my trash can when bears were messing with it. You could run a string around the yard attached to the personal alarm, and if it gets pulled the shit gets loud. Here's a pic of a cheap one. It's not the one I used for the can, but it would work the same. I would just try and keep it dry. Just an idea.
I've put this tarp up and I'm hoping it saves me for the last two weeks. It doesn't cover them all by any means but it covers most of them . Not sure how obvious this is to people driving by but hoping it works. . Thanks guys you have been more then helpful.

Exactly. They where about 100 yards away but I could see them and they could see me standing in my garden and my plants are at shoulder hieght and my fence is 5 foot so about the same height. looked like a car full of people and they where definitely slow rolling by getting a good look. I sleep right above my plants with my window open but there's not much I'm gonna be able to do if 2 guys come ..... God dammit hope I get to see a crop.
Put up a caveman security alarm, a string rigged all around the garden with a bell or jar full of marbles or something to make noise when someone trips the string. A theif would probably get spooked with a loud noise, thinking you're already on to them.
I'm hoping to get a pound from 4 plants saving me roughly 2500 bucks in money from buying marijuana every 4 or 5 days. Note I'm not rich and 2500 dollars is a huge savings for me . This is why I'm so concerned.

That personal alarm I am talking about is a lot louder than a jar of marbles, lol. Those things are loud as fuck, and cheap. It's designed to scare off an attacker. The motion alarm was a good idea too that growingforfun mentioned.

Maybe cut down some small trees and stand them around your plants for camoflauge. The tarp will make people curious.

I have traps rigged around my green house lets just say.... if you touch it the game camera has you on 3 angles and youre getting hit with an air horn if you open it without deactivating the horn first. haha got me the first time i forgot.. haha
