The top inch doesnt look like theres any perlite because i through in some of this to fill the gap but underneath that the soil is rich with perlite.

wouldn't excess moisture in soil cause the plant to stunt its growth though? its just weird because the growth is great, stem is thickening up on the bottom, good skunky smells rub off on my finger if i touch the main stem...this is so frustrating...maybe the topic of this should be "why flat broke people should not attempt to grow their own medicine" Moisture meter has dropped to a mid 3

I said once before, replant with rocks in the bottom of the pot. You don't need new soil, and everyone has access to some gravel, just walk around the block, you only need enough to cover the very bottom of the pot; if your pot doesn't have a lot of holes in the bottom, I would add a few with a drill. Also as a quick fix you can take a small pen, and go (very gently) and push holes into the soil about 3 inches deep. Be careful not to force it through roots, but just kinda wiggle it down.

It's not an ideal solution, but it will help.

So after its first 18/6 light cycle today (lights just turned back on) It looks like some of the color has come back in some of the less affected leaves. could 24 hr lighting been a possible stress to these clones, I mean it could be that they were 18/6 at their original home and no rest time was rather shocking to them? I dunno I guess im just running through the emotions of a n00b grower having their first issues

yeah that MG soil will do it everytime did it have that moisture control stuff in there?

How stressful will it be to the plant if I were to pull the rockwool cube out to take a look at the roots? it's been in the soil for 6 days now

OK, enough bitching its time to act....

Tonight I'm going to repot. I'll add some gravel to the bottom in order to improve drainage. there are plenty of holes in the bottom of the pot already, I am going to take that organic potting compost that i have and mix it with the soil i currently have my plant in, this should help with the moisture since this MG garbage is holding in water like a cactus. I will mix this mixture up real good and let some of the moisture evaporate, during this time my plant will be in the rockwool cube under lights so the rockwool should get a chance to lose some excess moisture, I will also take a picture of the roots and post it so you guys could take a look at it. Thanks for all the help, I guess I will know in the next 48 hours if this one is going to survive or not. I'll be real disappointed if I lose it. But knowledge is never lost...

it looks like you got a clone off a budding plant that had just taken roots and imo that was done nicely and the plant took roots quick.

just take care of her and treat her right and she'll return the favor.

NO GROWTH IN ROOTS SINCE TRANSPLANT...seems like excess moisture must've been the cause then, heres a look at the roots...i don't think they are too late but then again im new so tell me what you all think.,..

Should I continue with retransplanting now or should i let it sit out of soil for a day or so?

continue with transplanting them. moisten soil in new pot first......not too wet!...lol. the drier soil will wick away the excess moisture.

even a dusting of rooting hormone in the new hole........

yes.....but his roots are dark, not nice and white. and the plant to root ratio is way off. that isn't a clone above ground; its a vegetative plant.

fuck just noticed something else. now im pissed... a darkness on the edges of a leaf...pics...

Not the growing tip, thats from FIM but the leaf pointing Southwest has that darkness on the edges

roots arent as dark that picture is probably a little misleading because quite a bit of soil was still covering the cube however not as white as they once were.

Even though she's been stressed lately preflowers have developed. I haven't seen any til a now and I've been more attentive to this plant than a mother is to a newborn

ignore it.....she's been through a lot. these "problems" are gold, to a new grower. chin up.

The darkening on the edge of that leaf looks like phosphorus deficiency, it's almost identical to this picture i found from 420magazineView attachment 2010269 but this picture is a little more advanced. i gotta smoke a bowl im just freakin out now
