Help Please. herm questions

Good Morning Y'all. Semi experienced grower. Have a strain I fell in love with Justin Beiber. Reveged her. Week 3 of reveg she hermed on me ugh. Hope the 2 clones were pretty herm I took. But... Should I gather pollen to cross or cut her back & remove sacks and continue with veg another week +???

From what I know.... If I pollinate another girl with pollen from this Herm plant that was reveged after harvest, she will produce Feminized seeds. Correct?
