HELP, plants to tall

This is my first grow of medical pot and i have 5 keepers out of 9 plants started. The problem i have is their growing past the light at this point and are a few inches from my 9 foot ceiling.
Is there any thing i can do not to keep the budding going, will they keep budding if the tops are no longer under the direct lamp.
What i have learned is , now that i have females cloning, switch them from veg at 1.5 feet to flower and i wont have this issue again but for now, what should i do...

I would LST them long ways. Like put a or 2, 2x4s down the middle of light/s and tie the stems along the 2x4. I have had to do this with Thai.

Well i bought a Adjust a wing reflector and it gave me an extra foot. I also bent the tallest plants over (as suggested) and it seems to be working very well. The plant count is down to 4 now and my SSH turned out to be a boy so i cut it fast and got rid of it. The buds are starting to take shape and for my first grow, im quite excited. im about 3 weeks into the flowering stage. Thanks
