HELP...(pics included)

I would have to say too hot. Had the same problem. Lower leaves started to burn and top leave tips started to curl up. Temp in my pc box reached 96 degrees for 3 days. Somebody at PCgrowcase had both fans "exhausting". Turned the intake fan around. Now temp is in the 86 degree range. Everybody is happy now.

i built my own pc case and started these in it...temps were a steady 85.....

now they're in the bin and its hella hot?? when i get home from work tonight im going to mess around with some of the ideas tossed around on here and we'll see what happens. ill keep this updated with pics through finish

Were you able to get the temps down doc?

I'd like to know what works for ya because like highlow's box most I've seen use both an exhaust and an intake fan not just a passive inlet. Maybe some smoke tests are in order to see what really works better.

sorry for the lack of updates....been busy with responsibilities and what not. so, i took out the inlet fan, and was running just the 5x5 out take and 6 in desk fan inside...temps were around 88, moved intire unit into another room and got temps down to 77. PERFECT right? well, i then decided to just move the babies to my buddies with the 400 HPS. i couldnt leave them in the room that got the temps down good, and i figured the HPS would be better all around, plus they're now in bigger pots and will have more room... im going to reconfigure my current set up soon and we'll see what happens. Ill keep you guys up to date on these if your interested, if not..thats cool. ill start something new on here shortly. eat.smoke.be merry guys!

not sure if anyone is still following this...but here's an update: things are going good with the 400w HPS setup! trying different techniques on each plant to see how it all works... 1 FIM'd, 1 LST's, 1 TOPPED, and 1 just as is... will start to flower in about a week...i know it's been a long VEG for these babies, but damn they are bushy as fuck! I think starting them wiht CFL's helped wonders keeping them squat and bushy...tallest plant is only 11'' now ( the LST'd one would be much taller but, LST!) will post pics ASAP. \m/

been busy with life and whatnot...but here is an update ( and I could use some help as well ) ALL FOUR PLANTS ARE FEMALES! 100% success rate as I only planted 4 seeds to start...pretty damn awesome IMO. STARTED 12/12 on 9.10.2010

PLANT 1 - is LST'd -- showing about 7-9 top colas and going along nicely -- leaves are starting to turn as they grow -- ONE bud has red hairs already??? the rest are still white was wondering if this is an issue?

PLANT 2 - nothing as far as training, just let it grow --- has "brown claw" on bottom leaves --- leaves slightly drooping --- as well as the turning issue ( PICS BELOW )

PLANT 3 - is Topped -- yellowing bottom leaves ---- also has turning issue ( PICS BELOW )

PLANT 4 - FIM'd -- has the droop --- spots on ONE leaf ( PICS BELOW ) --- VERRRY slow to show and not much as far as growth --- *Wondering if I should just cull this one, and let the others thrive*

Temps and humidity are PERFECT, Light is 12/12 (obviously) 400W HPS , FF Soil , NO ADDED NUTES YET.... I'm fairly sure the "brown claw" is a Phos defic. but any added imput would be greatly appreciated, specially for the other issues.

Also, i tried to snap a pic of the bugs ive been killing in the room... one or two a week maybe, little flying things...green/yellow/ shiny on top
