so heres the deal i got a friend who is allowing me to plant a crop at his house which sits on 13 acres out in the sticks. i will spread the plants in groups of 5 or so. some of the sites are in the trees some at the edge and others in the straightup wide open. I'm tring to figure my soil additive list. Its pretty rich soil which grows normal plant pretty damn well. So I'm planning on adding: bat guano, bone meal and some worm castings if I can find 'em, and some perlite to keep it fluffy. So why I'm i telling everyone about this? Because i need to know what i can add so i dont have to water much, ideally water every second week? SOOO anyone want to help me out:hug: and thank you

You could add some water absorbing crystals to the soil. They hold alot of water and release it as the soil drys out, However every two weeks is kinda stretching it on watering, especially in the heat of summer when your plants are gonna be really thirsty.

If your not planting near a water source like a creek or spring. You could try a stealth res for water like a flat long rubbermaid that you can cover and conceal and run a tube from it into the ground next to plants. You might be able to find a big 1 maybe 5 or 10 gallons worth. Maybe even a water bag I'm sure if you smoke a bowl u can figure some sort of res to put out there

I dont think i res would be very practical, cause there is gonna be 7-10 sites each w/5 plants so that would mean bringing 100's of gallons every time i had to fill them.

Where can you get water crystals??? are they expensive?

yo if you wanna go the res route, i was thinking what could work and what does everyone think about 32 gallon trashcans? they're 8 dollars a (black) can that comes with a lid at ace hardware. with alittle camo spraypaint or some fake brush attached to it, you could have hella water disguised right next to your grow. just a thought
