Help out a Noob

Hello,

So after some concideration i chose to grab a seed fom some pretty good bud i smoked and gave it a shot with the growing.

Pot size: 8 in
Current plant size 9in from top of pot

My question is.... The plan for some reason is curving on the ends upguards. It looks as if the leafs were trying to catch more light. I have the light at 2 inches from top of plant right now... Im using one plant light and one 100w light to keep warth... Room has been stabilized at 79 degrees. Is there something im doin wrong or could it be the strain. Please advise, im trying to get my feet wet before i actually spend some money on the lowrider and carmelicious seeds hehe (learn by doin i guess)

What you are seeing is heat stress,

Do you have a fan on em?

Negative... but is odd as the other two are doing fine... but ill deff work on it... put a fan on them and get the light farther away and let see what up... Dont need it goin buh bye

Ok guys this is the update just in case this help.... i got another plant under the same circumstances... but only bout a week and half but she doin fine no curving or anything... i follow your suggestions and moved the lighting and fan was put on as soon as i read messages... Just figuted i show that one too as it doesnt look the same

well i did all you guys told me and the plan died opn me... i think it stressed out on me and due to the fact she was like that already just went to shock... oh well live and learn im gonna start from scratch again with another set of mids as i got those seed coming out my ass lol.... once i feel comfy ill do the good seed lol... feel free to fully give suggestions as im not restarting until fri... much love

i had bad leaf cupping on one of my plants and it was under the same condition as the rest and was the same strain, it had always been alittle weird fucker compared to the rest and i just put it down to being a fucked up seed, shit happens sometimes. i noticed in all ur pics ur leafs were wet, are u foliar feeding? sometimes if u do that incorrectly i.e when the lights are on, it can burn the leafs.

Well the nutes are in the soil... but i was indeed spraying them regularly with water... Did try foliar feeding i think about 3 weeks prior to my first post... so i think that might of contributed with the issue also... hmmm ive learned quite alot these last 3 days lol and thats thanks to all you guys... well i just got some seeds getting ready... tried something i was told here and had the rpout in 14 hrs lol... now got too many srpouts and not enough pots .... but gonna start from scratch probably today.. so any and every tip from the sprouting up im game..... Now ill probably be focusing more on 3 or 4 of them as i only hahve about 4 st ft space set up...

make sure ur soil isnt pressed down( it'll start compacting after a few waters, have u got ur soil mix right? make al ittle hole about 1/4 or 1/2 inch with ur little finger or a pen and gently put the seeds in( i always have my little sprout facing down, others dont, its ur call). again gently cover lil seed witha couple of bits of soil , spray with water, not too much and at this point i would put my propogator hood on to keep moisture in, if u dont have that then get sum coke or pepsi bottles and cut them in half wash em ouut and sit them over the pot, i never directly water my seedling, i spray the inside of the propagator and give them a little mist , i use two 55watt cfls for 24/0 light. sit back open a beer scratch ur ass , pick ur nose, kick wife or dog or kids but find sumthin to do other than fuckin around with the plant( we all do it, like over protective parents) when there a couple of inches high take the lids off and get a fan to blow in the area but not directly on them, there a bit too young at this point imo. thats about it for two weeks doing it that way, other peopl will tell u other things, u eventually work out what suits you buddy. best of luck.

btw is it feminized or regular seed, coz if its regular remember the odds of getting a male is 50/50 so u mite want to germinate more, after a few weeks veg take a clone from each and throw them 12/12 flower light and two weeks or so later ur gaunna know whos a mommy and whos a daddy at this point oedipus them.

ok got got it i shall be doing this... gotta find the right bulbs still tho... will fri.. all i got some reg 100w bulbs and a bunch of 13w 2700k bulbs nothing more. and i was told not to start with either...... and good to know im not the only one that keeps looking at the plants like every free moment lol... feel a bit normal now lol

yea the more u look at it the less u notice any growth. jus chill and let her do her thing

never feed with water i.e spray - the water adds as a magnifying glass on ur leaves that is probs why u seen so much heat stress - they look like there stretching a bit also - how old are they and how often are u watering them?

blue spec for veg - red for flowering - just get a 150w Flu for veg and a 600w for flowering - seems to work for me fine using this methond

ok that sounds easy enough... so flue would be a good choivce bulb then? cuz thats what i see here most... i thought bout geting the ecosmart lights bulbs...daylight ones... but all i saw was 30w... for 5000k... then again ur flue sems easier lol.....got a few moe days til i start planting so havent gotten bulbs figured that get all options see which i get more hehe... thanks feel free to throw more hints lol

well thats another thing... i read the whole clonin process and givin a shot now to se what happens but we shall see..... what would be best materials to have a successful clone?
