Ok, you are right lol! I guess this question gets asked very often here.

So you will use the ocean forest herd to feed for veg then kill it off with tiger bloom for flower? You will need some N/Ca/Mg/S ect... Or just stay purely organic so the ocean forest can still put out during flower. How are you going to cool 800 watts of cfl's in a 4 ft cab? Hell, how are you going to fit them? Are you talking 800 equivalent watts? Or actual watts? With 34 23watt cfl's you would yield much more then 20 40watt bulbs even though they total 800 watts each. First grow? 2-3 ounces if the plant does OK. 4-5 ounces if your lucky.

Worse case? Sure, but might as well say it is crawling instead of baby steps.

The main purpose of the statement is not to set the bar low, but your expectations of learning high. If you dont get "a lb" your first try when ppl say u will (being jackasses) then you may quit after a 2 oz harvest. However, if you use the first to learn all that you can, you cant lose. If u get more than awesome. But either way you "get a lot" of experience
