Ok... i have been using my horse water troff(not sure on the spelling) for the last several months on my plant being grown outside, but recently i checked its PH levels and they were at about 8. i know thats too high so i was wondering would it be better to add something to make it around 6? if so what would what something be? also i thought maybe that since its already had that exact same water for the last 6 months maybe i should just keep on giving it the same thing? i don't want to shock the plant, its looking decent atm.. thanks guys! i love this siiiiiittteeee

this is also my first grow btw

Pics aren't great, but your plants appear to be ok. Maybe you should stick to what you're doing.

If your water is at a ph of 8 then you are not getting the right nutrients from the soil that you need or not all of them atleast . Canabis grows and takes in nutrients best in soil from 6.2 to 7. Hope this helps??? But shit they look good from here:peace:

Crazy13 makes a good point, they look good. Bringing the ph down some may improve results but are you happy where they are?
Personally I would ph balance the water to around 6. Here is a link to ph solutions. I am sure there is some organic way to do it but, being new the solutions are consistent.
GENERAL HYDROPONICS

Acid neutralizer will raise the PH not lower it.

PH is a scale from 1 to 14

1 is acid
14 is base
The diffrence between any 2 numbers, right next to each other on the scale is 10X more or less acidic.
So so 7 is 10X more acidic than 8 and 6 is 100x more acidic than 8
