Help nute problem w/ C99 & BlueCheese.

Hi guys, Im quiet new at this game and this time everything is going wrong so I really need your help
I have a c99 vegging for 20 days and a blue cheese for a bit more than a month

So the blue cheese:

with the white balance of the camera seems like she's hungry, but my eyes see her more like on the 2nd pic
so there's an old leaf pretty bad lookin and top tips are yellowing/burnin ... so I was thinking mg def or nute burn
I believe red stems are genetic as I can't see other sign of P def ...
here's the feeding schedule:
0.5ml/L Root (platinium)
Water
0.5 Root
1ml/L huvic/fluvic + 0.75 Root
Water + a cup of beer of epsom salt
0.5ml/L grow (plagron alga) +0.75 Root
0.75 huvic/fluvic

Now the C99:

She's just hungry right ? A P def ?

the soil is recycled from previous grow so I'm not sure about exact composition, but it's something like 25% coco, 30% plagron batmix, 30% canna terra bio, 15% plagron lightmix

Any help would be very nice

Did you "flush" this old soil at all before reusing it? Before trying to figure out deficiency versus OD.

all my last grows were flushed at least 3 watering before chop, so can my soil be considered as flushed ?
(I know many people here don't flush before harvest, but it's not the point here )

also on the BlueCheese the very new leaves grow in thin shiny blue blades, just genetic or P excess ?

I'll be watering them today and I don't like play heads or tails with my babies, could someone give me his opinion ?
