help needs some info new grower

What I have is
Some bag seed
Roots organics soil
8 cfl
Exhaust fan at top and one blowing in middle
Ph tap water (sits over night)
For nutrients I'm using pure grow then pure bloom
Temps are 75-80
What's wrong
Hot soil causing nitro burn
Or am I over watering
Please help my fourth grow and always seem to get this
Then it clears up but I know it's hurting my outcome.

imo: waaay to much nitrogen; lower leaves show classic nute burn. Young plants prefer 1/2 strength. Use just water for the next days ... wait for your plants to show a bit of appetite.

I think roots organic soil is way hot
They are a month old re potted 7days ago

Do u have ppm meter?!
U must know how much nut exactly in
your solution
