Thanks in Advance.

Im trying to diagnose the issue with this 3 week old seedling. I assume that it has been over nuted, from what iv read or there is some kind of a Ph problem? I was also unsure if i was over watering, so iv left it for a day.

its A diesel kush seed, from kulu seeds.
and have been worried about the curling leaves, the newer leaves in the middle are yellow and now there is also a nice black mark on one of the leafs.
its Also not grown much in the last week.

Any suggestions?

First off your over watering your plant,I can tell from your picture. The leaves curl down and droop when you get too much water in your medium, Dont water for at least 3 more days from your last water. Another thing i'd suggest you growing a clone for it's sure to be a female and when you plant a clone it has many roots established. Seedlings are very delicate, you want to water from the bottom for the first 2 weeks in my opinion,it allows the plant to only take up what it needs, provided you dont have really dense soil. When your plants leaves are standing up and it's growing again, you know it's using up the water and nutes. Practice buddy. Stay up Oregon.

right, i thought it looked like signs of over water, perhaps its been overnuted as well. since its showing signs of yellowing and i was worried about the brown spot on one of the leaves.

i have never done a clone but, id like to try that, how many weeks is it recommended to do a clone?

and iv been told that clones dont live as long as the original seeds? are clones actually better ?

The plant in the picture seems pretty young, anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on growing conditions you dont need fertalizer for a seed plant. You want to start with a rich growing soil first off but not too rich. Dont worry about that little brown spot it's nothing serious, your plant should perk up after it's watered correctly. There are a lot of good reasons for doing only clones;one, you can see the genetics of the mother you take the clone off, two, you know it's going to be a female, and the root system is more developed as well as a small plant. Seeds have their benefits too,if you want to breed,or some people do outdoor, which clones are still better in my opinion. Stay up oregon. Dont leagalize marijuana.

Right well il, give it pure water tomorrow after its 3 day break from watering.
im using coco peat and perlite mix, which does not have to much nutes in it i believe thats why i nuted it but was stupid mistake.

You reckon the brown spot is not much to worry about?

As for clones i will def clone when my plants are ready to be cloned.
what is the best time for that btw?
Also is it true than clones do not live as long as originals?

the other thing i was going to ask is
these are apparently feminized seeds, what are the chances of a feminized seed becoming female?

You can start taking cuttings after your branches have produced enough nodes to make a cutting. You would be better off letting it grow to about a foot before you start hacking away at it but you could do it sooner. You could take them one at a time but then you would be left with a monster mother and lots of tiny babies like I am. Check out my journal.

I planted my original seed over three years ago and the strain is still potent and vigorous as ever.

You mean male right? Its not supposed to happen.
If they do turn out male I would be pretty shitty at the seedbank I got them from for wasting my time and money.

So a feminized seed has a pretty good chance of being a female? what would you say the stats were on that?

Also regarding my issuse, with the seedling, is the best thing to do let it dry out for 3 days then flush it with only pure water for about a week, then slowly putting it back on nutes?

do reckon thats a good plan ?

Iv not watered the plant for three days and it seems to have got allot worst. no new growth and one of the leaves if now clearly dying.

i can only assume i have nuted it to much, iv just flushed the pot again with ph7 mineral water.

Here is another picture, of the downward progress.

I feel it might die? any help or pointers from here would be greatly appreciated.
