you can do that, maybe place a fan in there to make sure the pollen spreads, but if you want to make sure you get the most out of the pollination u could try to harvest the pollen by placing paper or something to catch it as it falls and pollinate manually. ive never done it but i know a breeder who does it this way.

you might be to late to pollinate, supposed to do it the second and third week of flowering from what I've read

It's ok if it's late just give the seeds some extra time to finish. You can check a couple before chopping her and make sure they are nice and dark and full. I've had a plant turn hermi quite late into flowering and still manage to make a ton of seeds.

save the male flowers as soon as you see them open up for later use! pluck them off and put them in a labled baggie and put in really cold fridge or freezer. mine lasted a year+ then just use a paint brush and dip it in the baggie of what ever flowers you choose and then you can only pollinate one budsite. for example when I made seeds I took the pollen from three different good genetic males and painted only 3 budsites on a early flowering female. the results where a blueberry female with the main kola fully intact and useable for smoking as it was unseeded, and three lower budsites where loaded with different strains that I've either bought and crossed or made myself and crossed such as: afghan berry, widowberry, etc.. hope this helps.
