Help needed in choosing LED lights (NEWBIE)

Hey guys, I'm growing my own plant for the first time and planning to grow it with LED lights.
I'm just planning to grow only a single short and bushy plant, but I do not know how many watts of LED's
would it need to grow a single plant. Please check the links below and tell me if any one of those is good enough
because LED grow light is hard to get in my country and the choices are limited.

Please do remember that I'm growing only a single plant, or at most 2-3 plants, please do give me some tips on how to control the odor because I'm growing it in my room and I'm renting this room and don't want my housemates to find out.

EDIT : If you guys have suggestion for any other LED grow light that wouldn't cost me more than USD100, please do insert a link here or tell me where to get it. I'm not from the US, I'm from Asia so preferably a link to an online store which accepts debit and ships worldwide.

EDIT : I've decided to grow the plant in a mid tower/full tower pc case.

If you are growing in a room you rent i would get a)ozone gen, b)carbon filter, c) ona gel (it helps mask odor), If you are planing on doing just one plant CFL lighting should be sufficent, if your heart is set on LED I would get the UFO because its small enough for one plant.

I dont have much experience with LED lights because of the cost but I have seen good things come from LED gardens.

I'm going to grow sweet skunk, because i've read somewhere that the odor is low, but i'll still get a carbon filter.
I'm choosing the LED because it produces less heat. If i use CFL lighting, how many watts do I need and how about the fans and air ventilations?

There's an excellent book on CFL growing - SeeMoreBuds Marijuana buds for less. The book is about $15 or so and will take you step by step day-by-day with pics.

...and growing with CFL is the best thing on your budget. The book really is worth your time and money.

If i'm sticking to LED, how much do I need for the LED light alone? Where do I get the book?

Anything less than that 50 watt UFO would be a waste of money imho, but it also may be to large to fit in a PC tower.
The 14 Watt isnt bright enough, I know, and the others are just so weak at 5 watts or so, I cant see them working well.
CFLs are a great option for such a small space, and would also supplement 50 watts of LED nicely.
Theres tons of cheap LED from China on Ebay.
Good thing about using a PC case it it has case fans that you could duct to a filter.
Bad thing about a PC case it it is so extremey small.
Even a cardboard box would be a bit bigger and stealth worthy.

Thanks phat, after reading comments from this and other thread. I'll have to change my plan and go for the CFL instead of LED.
