HELP NEEDED - Are these things a sign of anything?

those are preflowers they sometimes show on a plant in veg when the plant has reached sexual maturity. they look female to me. that plant is a clone correct? oh and noes are the point on the stem where lateral branches grow out. when you have alternating nodes, that is also a sign of sexual maturity.

Correct. So I should start flowering? could i hold on a week so my runt can catch up lor would that affect quality/yeild?

yeah just because the plant is mature does not mean you have to start flowering. you can keep that plant in veg for as long as you like and get it as big as you would like. just remember that plants usually stretch at least twice their height in the first couple weeks of flower. you should grow it according to the space and lighting you have for the plant. you dont want it to be too big that it will not get adequate light but you also want to maximize your space and light so you get the most out of it. this usually takes a few cycles before you know how to maximize your setup and what size you want to flower at. just relax and do a bunch of reading. your plant looks great and it seems like you are doing a good job. keep it up and keep reading and you will have a great harvest in the end.
