HELP, NEED INFO!!!

I have family who where kind of interested in my grow and my dad was a bit of an idiot and decided to look in during the lights of period with the flash on for about 20/30 seconds.... I've never completed a full grow so I'm really worried he could have messed them up or turned them hermie or whatever...
Would this effect the grow?
