At 875 I'll retract my comment on looking underfed. That feels like an adequate ppm for her size for sure. Sorry, not sure what is going on.

First plant, I gave it a bit more K, and it worked ok. On the second, I gave it P and K, and killed it.

I mixed up a batch of 5-5-5 with CaMg+ this morning, exactly what I gave her yesterday, so that I could measure the PPMs. I'm starting with R/O. The PPMs were 875.

that sounds like youre spot on then man, just if they start showing signs just up the base nutes if they want to eat more.
