Help!!! My Seedlings Have Collapsed!!

Yer im using this soil Westland -
with nothing added. they were growing fine until about 5 days in and then they just turned all soft. they had their first pair of serated leaves aswell. now i have repoted them so the stem is under the soil and only the leaves are showing. but the tiny bit of stem i left poking out the top is still soft and wont even hold the weight of the small leaves. btw the serated leaves are stil gettin bigger even though the stem is fukedd. . . . .

I am literally flat broke. I have been out of a full-time job since beore thanksgiving, so I do not have even the $3 for a mm or a ph meter. I 'rough' it, using common sense and my eyes and nose. I am into my 9th day of flowering, so something is going right! I read voraciously on everything gardening, and have amassed tons of info in only 1 month. I learn as i go, make do wothout when a new way of doing something comes out, and I don't have the equip[ment. I figure if I can get these 16 babies to grow under 4 cool blue flouros, I can get anything to grow at a later date, when I'm better off. so far they are holding up, they just grow slower. see these are 2 weeks prior to flowering...

nice setup der, how much wield u reckon u will get of one plant using floresc?
is da soil im using ne gud?

You will be able to vegg the the floros but you won't have enough light to flower. You will need a lot more lumens for flowering. Start saving up for some CFL's. You can buy some 150w CFLS's at Home Depot for about $20 each. The more you have the better. The buds will be light a puffy popcorn if you try to flower with floros. Get a HPS when you can.
