Help my plants are not looking good

Is running a 8 site undercurrent system...
plants are about 1 month old

EC = .3
Water temp
At night 62 and during the day time it is 64

PH = 6.2

The plants seems to be stunted in growth and also has black spots in the leave...2 days ago I found mites which I treated. I think the leaves are showing burn marks cause I left the light on when I sprayed the the leaves

use golden tree nutrients

Are they one month old clones or from seed?
.3 EC I'm guessing is around 150ppm?
That seems a bit on the low side
But Its been years since I switched to ppm from EC

If you have mites keep vigilant at spraying to get rid of them, try to spray at lights out or just before
What are you using for the mites?

Sounds like your nutrient levels are low.
