Help my girl is looking bad-auto purple

Hi this is my first autoflower grow the plant strarted out looking pretty good but at day 10 she started looking weird the main set of leaves fold down and the growth seems stunned.
The strain auto purple feminized.
The soil is mix of perlite, peat moss, coconut fiber, organic soil and something called vermicompost.
I am using a CFL Light 250watt.
I may have over watered at some point don't let the dry top soil fool you, but i am watering every 4 to 5 days now.
PH between 6.5 and 7
I have not used any nutes and she is on day 15 since she sprouted out.
Any help or recommendations will be appreciated please. do you think she will make it?

Your plants top looks damaged to me, but it could also be a mutation or something. You saying she has stunted growth now makes me think something but/cut/tore off or otherwise damaged your top.

That being said, just give her some time and keep on rooting for her nature may have just topped your plant for you super early! She may still have a great chance at recovery if you keep giving her your attention.
