Looks like a deficiency of some sort but not N, that always starts at the bottom. What are you using for nutes? how much and how often? What do you have for soil and what are your temps running lights on and lights off. Take a look through this problem chart : http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=11688

Do you have something to look for mites with? like a small microscope. Doesn't look like mites though. Only this one plant is doing it?

...2 days isn't long to recover from an overwatering issue. Also, this statement leads me to believe that your definately overwatering being that I only water my ladies maybe every 4 days or so, which keeps them healthy.

Also I would just get to the point where I would lift my pots a little and I could tell immediately if they needed or didn't need to be water, there is a dramatic weight difference just always lift them and over time you will be a pro.

If you have a well drained soil it's a lot harder to over water them. Sometimes it's just the plant itself. I've had 5 plants of the same strain grown from seed and had one always looked bad after watering for a day or so. But it didn't get yellow or have any spots on it. But the point is you can have a plant sometimes that just doesn't want to cooperate. Just do the best you can to try to keep it alive and hopefully get something out of it. But like jim said just get used to the weight of the pot. Always lift it before and after watering. You'll get used to it very quickly.
