So it wont work at all? Here's the Dilemma I started some plants from seed and a couple of them sprouted late and they're not very big right now so I was trying to put them under the lights and veg them a little longer that won't work?
You'd be better served to set them in the window and let the sun do it's job.

Plant doesn’t look too bad ..... BUT take the advice and do the lighting proper with a better set up.
You can use those for lower supplemental lighting if needed.

I mean its been workin so far...i think the plant looks pretty good
Im Im saying dont get amazon blurple growlights, they are either crap, overpriced or impossible to evaluate their components. I think led lightbulbs, maybe a few more 2700k than 5000, is going to work out fine for you as long as they have decent quality. How many lums are they rated for?
You can get a bit more output by removing the plastic around them. But it will affect the light spread->more directed light. Plants look nice ;)

They are at 850 lumens each...i was thinkin about removing the plastic too but decided to just leave them be...so i should have more 2700k light then 5000k or 6400k?

If the actual draw of one of the bulds is 25W and it only gives 850lums then efficacy is about about 35lums per watt which is incredibly low. I would check again, how many watts are they drawing, not what it says theyre the equivalent.
