You did a good job but I'd say it looks stressed from low light levels and it is stretching badly, the tops looks like they had PH issues which is also a sign of stress. I don't see any pistils that says it herm. Because a true hermy would have both sexes up and down the main cola, while that main cola has only pollen sacks making it a true male. But males can stress out and pop out female pistils too, just like females can pop-out bananas or change one of it's lower branches sexual orientation naturally or by being stressed.
