Help Me With My LED lights!!!

Hi everyone i need some help with a few things about how i should set up some led grow lights.
I have just ordered 2 40w LED Plant Grow Light 239Red:113Blue.
What is the best way to set it up and what would i need to get.

I have not yes placed the order but what would be my best option? i am using this in a 60x60x120cm grow tent with 2 plants.
