Help me with a DIY plan!

In a couple of mounts I'll be upgrading my room to a 2,4x1,2 (Gorilla hopefully) and I plan to make a CXB 3590 system. I've read some SupraSPL stuff and Realstyles also... this is how I ended up on Rollit ;) ... but I'm tick headed unfortunately so much has gone by. So I need to cover half of the tent, other half I have it coverd with a china and a XGS190. It will just be for flowering, I'll build another for vege, later maybe. Ok, main concern is heat and noise... At first I planned to do 4cxb + 1mw 1.400/.700, realstyles ... style, but than I saw at SupraSPL that if adding a bunch of chips to the same driver it will get you less heat, like 8cree + 1 mw 700. Now this is more interesting, 2x the $$ but heat is my issue here. In the other hand realstyles uses a dimmer... isn't that the same thing but more "professional" or is there a difference?

@ 56.3%
(4) CXB3590 3500K CD 36V @ 1.4A (49W ea) $190
(1) HLG-185H-C1400 $65
This x2 with a dimmer :

This:

(8 ) CXB3590 3500K CD @ 700mA (23W ea) $380
(1) HLG-185H-C700 $65

Wouldn't the first option, dimmed at half match the second, or something like that?

Yes it would match but you would spend twice the money on drivers. You would also be able to turn the lights up if wanted.

Well y, the extra expense is ~60$ but with that comes the possibility to switch it to full power witch could be ok in winter time...

Now how much would I need to fill half of a tent and what spectrum? Just for flower. Go full 3500 or add some 3000? An how many chips or how many systems at @ 56.3%?

Hey, what are your plans for cooling? I would ad at least one higher spectrum to the mix, i think its important during veg.

Well I will add as many occasions fans to the project. 1 fan for 2 cobs. But I don't know what the distance between cob's must be... and a lot of other stuff. Need to digg some more and probably to ask a looooot of questions.
I have an engineer friend in electronics who will help but I must come up with the rest of the plan...

Maybe run 4 cob's on one heatsink with 2 fans on each and do a total of 4 bars = 16 cob for 120 x 120, would that do?
