help me!!! PICS

hello evrybody! im very new to growing so any help is greatly welcome.
ive had this plant growing for about 4 weeks now under 2 5ft floures, not the best i know planning to change to hps for flowering, but i need to get there first. as you can see from the pics its in a bad way and i dont know whats causing it please can anyone advise? im adjusting water ph with vinagar is this ok?

are you hitting them with nutes? I would let them babies dry a bit and then just go with plain old water . Dont worry about that vinegar for now. The plants will grow just take a breath and give it time. Looks like nute burn but I could be wrong. Some one else may be better suited to help you. Good luck~

thanks for the reply!! i did give them some miracle grow all purpose 6.5.5 a couple of weeks ago but then after more reserch i decided to stop, it started as a few brown spots and has progressed from there now as you can see tiny yellow spots are forming on new leaves. i hope this is not an infestation of nasty little BUGS!!! i have also got 3 femenized skunk#11 seedlings just started to grow hope they do a bit better. thanks again...

hey! i have alredy replied to the post from pjboy 2 times but it never seems to show up when im looking. is this normal because im sending it from my computer or should i be seeing my replies????????? any way my babys are still in a bad way somemore advice would be great! please... thanks for the last reply, use miracle grow couple of weeks ago but not recently. also sprayed with a bug repellent cause i thought mabey that was the problem. could this be causing the yellow spots on the smaller leaves??

you said dont worry about vinegar for now thats fine, but does vinegar harm the plant, because i got a didital ph tester [was'nt cheap] and my tap water is 9.0 exactly on the ph and dosent change if i leave it out cause i tried many times. at most .1 or .2 down, what should i be using? [real hard water area]
