You need ventilation that is a must. I havnt read you saying anything about that and with your temps/ humidity id guess you don't have an exhaust or intake. Maybe both? Also you have enough lights (even though you could have bought an hps for that much).
So really it comes down to you telling us everything about your setup. Read that link OhMy posted and start there.. there's a reason they are dieing. Strains don't just go F the world at 20 days old.
*edit: actually I just read your intake.. "a whole with a tube attached with a flow through thing" I'm guessing a tube with a pc fan? If its hard to decribe it or you don't know what it is .. a picture is worth a thousand words and will help us help you.

Your lights look OK, chaostwig, so long as you run them 18 to 24 hours a day ... there must be something else going on. Type of soil? Nutrients, if any? Watering metoods/tactics? There are many ways of doing this right ... but unfortunately there are many ways of doing this, uhm, the other way. cn

Don't worry I'm horrible at explaining things too. Try using 1 light per plant until they reach 5 nodes then add more lights see if that helps. Also how are they when they died? Dried out(crispy), yellow, really droopy(where they can't hold themselves up)?

well my other strains are usually outdoor well complex outdoor i have a greenhouse that i use but it just doesnt work out with these im pretty sure imma just give up on these ones and grow some indicas
but when they die they crinkle and i once got em to almost harvest there flowering takes soo long and they end up dying right before so i get really tiny buds and i aint selling them just in case you know and they dry nice and tight though so i guess this kind just doesnt like me
