help me figure out why reserva privada skywalker og and og kush hermed

Ok got lot of strains right now humbolt seed org, barneys farm, dinafem, and privada all on ebb and flow Holland secret 3 part micro ect. Following feeding chart exactly also add extreme tea every res change. Out of like 45 plants the rp both are the only ones that hermed.s now the lights are not on timers because my partner thinks he can do it himself. So let's just say not perfect but he says they never get more than 12 light and no less than 12 dark but said one time he left them dark for 16 hours. There is no way for me to know for sure only what he says. The humidity was high because wc went out so got humidifier and got them down. They are also hand fed top watered and I think about 3 to 5 times a day but again its what he told me. If I left anything out sorry but this is the most part. I was thinking the light being all over the place but not even sure so help me to learn pleease. Oute of ten strains and 45 feminized seeds the reservation privada skywalker og and og kush 6 sky and 1 kush hermed early week 2 flowering.

Usually 99% of the time a seedling hermies because of grower error... I have had many RP strains from seed that never hermied nor gave me any trouble.

He spent all that cash on seeds,lights,and nutes,but wont spend $20 for a fuckin timer...serves him right for getting hermies.

for 3 to 4 months of the plants grow cycle..noone can expect to be there everyday to turn the lights on and off...life happens..shit happens..get a TIMER!

Ya all that cash. Easily twelve grand on setup. Have a few timers even. When I would come over to work on room and hook up timer when I would come back he already took them off. I think the hermits cured him tho. But is it just coincidence that only the reserva privada seeds hermed out of 45 plants those seven only.

Stop partnering with idiots. You may not think its a bad idea now, but you will regret is so hard in the future. Stick with him for one more month, learn all of his mistakes, and bail ASAP.

he is a good friend and just need to finish the design of the room and get it all finalized. he keeps adding more stuff but now we about done i think. 3 xxxlmagnum hoods over 4x8 table the cords for everything are a lot to deal with when you have fans, air stones, sumps, water circulator ect. and only so many circuits to work with.. i think the hermies opened his eyes though. lol.
