Help me Diagnose whats wrong

Update on plant - she got transplanted into a bigger container and fed with new nutes. I will monitor today and put up some more pics tomorrow or in the following few days. She smells so good.

Busy work week, haven't had time to update how the plant is doing. Looks like everything cleared up after all the steps were taken. I did end up using some epson salts as well.

Says invalid attachment when i click on it.
