help me diagnose the problem

Hi guys, I'm 2 weeks into flowing some Burmese kush and some dead spots are starting to pop up in small circles all over the plant. They first started out very small and only affected the oldest bottom part of the plant however now they are growing in size and creeping upwards. here are some pictures that show the spots as well. Other than that the plant looks healthy and stays withing 70-78 degree Temps and humidity is low now. While still vegging the humidity got into the high 80s due to heavy rain for a few weeks. Again the humidity is down to about 20% now and Has been for weeks. My intake fan which is vented to a window drawing cool air in has some small black mold on it which I thought I killed once and looks like it's back again. The black mold is only on this intake fan and I have not found it anywhere else inside or out of the grow room. Ideas or solutions would be appreciated thanks.

It kinda looks like you have bugs. The leaf pictures aren't of much help and the full plant pic is shitty. Can you take a couple pics of the plant with the HPS lights off. Oh yeah and stop pulling leaves off, every leaf you pull off your losing a quarter of a gram of bud

I have looked for critters and haven't seen any.

Looks like it could be nute-splash. Just keep an eye on your new growth.
