Forgot to mention that many of the light fixtures now have dimmable drivers that will help you dial in your setup. My lights are fixed in place so i adjust the light intensity to match the growth phase. I wouldn't want you to purchase a 250w and still have heat issues. Dimmable lights should give you some piece of mind that you will be able to tune it to suit your needs.
