Help me choose fluorescents!

Ok so the choices are:
32w t8
40w t12

Also they have high output t12 bulbs that are 60w would these work in a 40w fixture?

Also what is the best color temps to get ?

shop light for 13$ holds 2 4-foot bulbs 7$
get 4 shop lights & 8 bulbs
after a month get a 150 watt hps

As a general rule T8 > T5

I use t-12 shop lights, and no you can't just buy the High Output bulbs, you have to buy a ballast/fixture that will put that much energy out as well. +1 on HPS for flower/late veg

Get T-8s with most bulbs being in the 6500K range and a few warm bulbs in the 3000K range.
