Help me choose my next strain looking for a nice yield to quality balance. I want to explain my setup and what I am looking for. So after years of reading I got the basics, on my second currently. I never had any problem finding it but it is so nice to not have to buy it anymore, I wrote a list here with the reasons why but you've heard it all before, it was a nice reminder though. I have been using Sensei Seeds Northern Lights feminised (under 250w) and it went OK for my first attempt and now Super Skunk feminised (under 400w this time) is flowering. In anticipation I am looking to choose a new strain.
Trying to keep my own little schedule aiming for 60-65 days veg from seed and 60-65 days flowering time, I want to aim mainly for yield, with something that has good topping potential as I will only use 2 plants and since it is a vertical scrog with a 400w cool tube more colas I can train around the bulb. I can make use of more smaller colas than one big one, and I am happy I have the the extra veg time.
I have been using 100% coco up until now, and was going to switch to 40-50% hydroton to try and gain a larger root mass, as i think this is my limiting factor as I have ample light (at least i think 3ft x 2ft with 5ft height (not including pot), (this will go down to 4 ft once I add a reservoir)) and want to aim higher than 0.5gpw (in relation to bulb size). I want to try and get 1gpw final yield so aiming for 7oz per plant, 14oz total over 2. That said I know this is ambitious and I probably won't achieve this in my limited space, and I will need to get lucky in the genetics lottery, but it is my aim regardless. I then came across this post from another site and think I will follow suite, I am now liking the idea of a ebb and flow bucket filled with rockwool. feeding 5 times a day on a timer rather than twice a day by hand and carrying the runoff every day, and I think it will increase the oxygen and increase root growth, also I do not have to mess around transplanting. I have a RO filter sitting there which I have been too lazy to connect up so will be adding that bad boy to my setup also.

Anyway, now that you see where I am coming, I have narrowed my search down to these 2:
Pure Power Plant feminised from sensei
Chronic feminised feminised from serious (i heard it takes a while to recover from top/not fond of topping)
I would love to try a sour diesel type strain but I don't know who's got the best genetics for this sort of thing or if it is a suitable yielder for what I am hoping for.
Can anyone suggest any serious contenders for this? (feel free to suggest big bud or critical mass, but I have ruled them out as just lower quality) Also I am not too fond of white widow or AK, I have had plenty in the past, and just not favourite. But if you personally feel I am making a mistake not choosing one of these please explains why. I am interested in good stable genetics if anyone can tell me seeds banks to stay away from. (I was close to dr green thumbs f35, but I heard it is not as good as marketed) But he seems to have some nice strains there IE. G13 may be a contender.
I would also be interested in your nutes suggestions, although I know this is not the place but i'll stick it on since I've explained everything else. I am using full canna coco with boost and a little calmag on their heavy schedule. I never really used much boost first attempt, will be using a bottle of it this time round and see how it goes on the skunk. I hear sumo boost is suppose to be good and cheap although new? Im not fussed on the cost, id rather the best in all honesty, but I am not to knowledgeable on nutes. I may eventually switch to the lucas formula. Or can anyone suggest anything they think I should try? Anway thanks for your suggestions.
