Autos will show ” about” 35 days in growth from seed. If you are running all at 18/6 of light , they will begin to sex out ( pistils ) . They will continue to transition from there REGARDLESS of light schedule. Reg seeds will show maturity around week 5-7 of veg ( sex out ) with a few pistil to let you know you could either flip or continue vegging longer.

Soo literally today I found pistols on 2 plants and I thought I did something wroung to make 2 plants flip...I have them on 20/4 but there small like 3 4inch there about 1 month old today!! Am I behind i feel like there small some of my other plants are bigger and everything started the same time.....the reason 3 are still in smaller pots is cause I had trouble with them at first but they are snapping back 100% in a few days ill probably transplant them when my soil comes in.....I marked the 2 plants(1 in back middle 1 in front middle) that have the pistols( with silver plastic marks)

There small because the taproot bottomed in small cup. Autos are hardwired to finish within 90 days ... add any stress or limiting environment they will move forward in grow .... whether you like it or not.

Planting seed in final container from the start improves the chance at a more well rounded rootmass ( important) for autos structure.
Unfortunately they are what they are. They will grow a bit and branch / stretch in time just not to a size that it could have been.

My plants are usually that big in 2.5 weeks regardless of pot size. And i find 90-110 days for autos.

overwatering or nutrient burn
so I haven't givin them any nutes yet but they are in fox farms ocean forest soil but I cut it down with alil bit of peat and a bit of just regular top soil(no nutes) cause I had this problem with my last grow but not untill the very very end they started to fist and I couldn't bring back i can't Believe its happening again already....when it happened last grow they were in 100% fox farm ocean forest sojl and getting liquid nutes that's why this time I cut it down prolly by 40%

Thats what I did last night I just gave them a very lite water I'm gonna go check em right now and see how they are doing....I am beginning to think it's from my water I live in the outskirts and we have really hard water with high ph I use ph adjuster and bring it down but it still has a shit load of calcium in it im thinking about switching to spring water or distilled water

It's just weird because this didn't happen last time until the very very end of flowering where I started getting what looked to be nutrient burn and the leaves started to fist and I was pumping Nuets into em so that's what I thought it was but now I'm beging to thing its a calcium.diff
