I flipped to 12/12 3 weeks ago and have just started noticing this happening, is it a big problem?

1x1x2 BudBox Grow tent
600w Light
Not sure of the size of Exhaust Fan
Passive intake
EC running at 1.4 ppm
PH is 6.2
Using B'Cuzz A+B in Coco

The exhaust fan was on a timer with the light but I have now changed this so it is on 24hrs.

Thanks

Correct 1-2mls per litre in veg and 2-3mls in flower, always a bit sceptical as to using manufacturers suggestions as can be too strong, seems I may have gone the other way!

I'd probably kick it up 25-30% each feeding until I saw improvement or the start of clawing on new growth. More important is to note when the plant started yellowing so on next grow you can take your nutes up earlier.

I have been feeding at 6mls per 5ltr jug so 1.2 per litre.

It's all good! You need to experience both overfed and underfed looks to get dialed in to growing well.

Hi sorry if this is obvious but what signs of improvement should I see? will the colour return or will it just stop getting worse?

Yellow leaves won't go green again so you are going to judge improvement by seeing the yellowing slow down or stop.
