Help! Leaves changing color and dying all over.

I'm certain its some type of deficiency, but after looking at the chart i cannot figure out which.

The leaves of my plant are normally a dark almost turquoise Green have always been since it was a little sproutling, But now they're forming Green lines on each of the ridges going from the inner vein of the leaf out to the edges, Please some one help!

I was thinking the same thing... and the fact that maybe he needs something semi-big between his legs?
