What is wrong with this plant?is it nitrogen? I m using tap water and no nuts.

Your soil is too hot (too rich for young seedling). That plant is likely doomed.

Probably because you have no nuts

let the soil dry a little, and if the soil has nutrients in it ,you can use a spoon and transplant it to a better soil or flush the currant pot with 1 gallon of distilled water when the pot feels lite and its time to water,then place a 26watt cfl 4" directly above seedling, remember you want slightly moist soil not real damp soil, hope this helps
