help isit flowering 2 days into flowering or 3

using miracle gro all purpose plant food 12/12 lighting schedule 3 23 w 5000k cfl daylight bulb 100 watt equivalent 1600 lumens
hsvnt fed yet waiting for soil to dry outthe others r still vegging just the indoor plant is flowering

first: get the lamp at least 10 inches from the top.

second: you need a warmer spectrum. those white bulbs might be bright, but an HPS lamp will be way, WAY better for the plants.

THIRD: you won't notice pre-flowers on your plants until 7-12 days after switching to 12/12.
