That top def hermied you can see it most clearly on the last picture.
That bud is way to premature you might as well throw that out.
For the rest of the plant just pick every single nanner out as they grow until the bud is done

It's self pollinating. I would pull it too, but this year I had 2 self pollinating plants that didn't produce pollen sacks all over, but rather in localized spots. Still managed to get most bud, and around 50 seeds of the 2 plants. Had to remove them from the general growing area tho. I'd keep an eye on it, remove other plants around it, and if the pollen sacks happen severely pull it.
