Help Is it to late to start?

I just got some good clippings in the dome and thought about putting a few outside. Do you think it is to late to start outside? When would be the latest since they still need to take root? Any ideas or info to point me in the right direction?
Im located in South Eastern West Virginia.

ehhh, I think you will be fine. Do you happen to know what strain it is that you are growing? Is it an indica or sativa dominant plant? In the northern hemisphere we are just about at the longest part of the year as far as daylight goes. I say go for it.

I am growing ICE. I know its better suited indoors but I think it would be fine outdoors here.
