Why is that leaf so dirty?

Not sure what it is without any details really but it looks like you might have sprayed something the plant didn't like

No spray. Transplanted because this was happening in the other pot. I chalked it up to be root bound cause when I took it out of the clay pot, the roots were circled around the pot at the bottom. I Transplant like 2 days ago. The roots upon inspection were white and not brown.

I think you solved your problem! The fan leaves will be the first to dry out like that when you get really rootbound. Its such a rapid action it almost makes the leaves looks as if caught fire.
