Help - I want to change the light cycle for my seedlings

HEllo, I have seedlings that are 10 days old and I want to move the light cylcle to where the lights are off during the business day (so my meter's not spinning once they get to the mh's) how can i do this without triggering any changes or stress. For instance, can I just let them go one day until I get to the time I want the lights to turn off and start the new cycle? Thanks.

they're still young and in veg so just switch. just leave the light on then turn it off at whatever time u want the dark period then turn it on during light period and keep the cycle.

I agree with Zebra, just leave the lights on until tomorrow morning!
