indeed, humidity issue = dehumidifier. and it helps a lot in flowering to be able to bring the humidity down to 40. a decent one will cost ya $200. worth every penny Kenny.

Yep. Dehumidifier. Newer ones should almost all have a built in hygrometer. Just set it where you want it and it'll maintain set humidity. A 'must have" for every indoor grow imo.

I bought a 50# bag of sea salt for my soaker tub. I had placed it in the closet while painting the bathroom. The salt absorbed the moisture in the air and dropped my room to 40% from 60%. It was unintentional, a happy accident. It made sense the more I thought of it, salt draws moisture from products like meat and fish. So why not from the air?
I paid probably 60 cents a pound.

Your light is way to far away from your plant. Move it closer. It should be about two or three inches away from the top of the plant

chech the meter reading the right humidty

If you temps low put a heater in the room, when the tempture goes up the air can hold more water so the humidty drops.
say your room 20c and the humidty is 70, turn a heater on and get the room upto 28c and the humidty should drop down to 40

thats why the humidty goes up when the light off because the room is cooler

40's a bit low on the VDP chart.

I go my by temps and adjust my humidity accordingly. I run 75% in veg and 65% +/- in flower. last 2 weeks in flower I drop it to 50-55 max

Your problem is too low light intensity, add good light, get it closer.

Humidity range is fine
