HELP Humidity issues barley holding 20%!!!!

ok so i have a sealed room 20"x50"x50" 9 plants in it 1 5gal. 4 4gal. 4 1gal. 20% humidity at best at my tops and 55ish% at the bottoms just above the pots
4- 6" sym bang muffin fans all blowing directly at my tops from each corner of the room just bellow my 1000W lite which is inside of a 6" cool tube which is wide open on the far top right of the room which is the exhaust sucking out of the room then exits the room threw ducting just above my intake to my 452cfm vortex fan. my intake enter the room below my exhaust which is the farthest point from the opening of my exhaust. on the intake side i have a tree of ducting from outside air A/C unit just running in fan mode then 3 more 6" ducts from 9L large humidifyer then into the room all ducting is 6" then i have a 5" fan blowing accross the top of my pots from my intake which raised the humidity by 2- 4%

i recently had to change my exhaust from freely blowing in the house during veg for added heat during the winter but now they fucking reeeeeeeeeeeek bad youd think i had 100 of them its so bad to out the roof thats when my problem started!!

ok now i have tried slowing my fan down ill get 2% humidity back but my het goes up to 88- 90+ degrees no good.

ive tried adding t's to the exhaust to reduce what is exiting and recycle some of the humidity from the exhaust and i see im provment for like 1 min then it goes rate back down to 20% or less

possibly a dmper on my exhaust?
im out of ideas
let me know if you need more info

your trying to raise the humidity in the room? with lights on and fan running, put some wet paper towels from strings in there like a clothes line, or a plate on top of your light with a soaked wash cloth on it. soo as it gets warm it'll humidify your area, i used it in a 5x5x7 tent fine, now with bigger pots and plants, the humidity holds its own and the fan regulates if the temp or humidity get to high

think you might be trippin... 50% at the pots, 20% just under the lights...? sounds good to me... like you have the room well vented & maybe a bit hot, and the girls are transpiring just fine... and you won't have much for mold issues either. golden bro

also for the size of room thats a lot of variation in the humidity- but most importantly.. do the plants LOOK parched?
Because otherwise, i kinda agree with mlway

hmmmm
should i not have 45% around the plant foliage my plants are also 8-10" away from the light
my tops are where i have the 20% or less humidity level where all my huge buds are
