help!! how do i kno when to cut my plants?

do i look at the hairs on the plants because there all a brownish/ red color and i also dont kno what to do after i cut them besides to hang them upside down until the stem is able to snap and to put them into jars and let them breathe a few times a day. what else??

when the buds stop swelling, check the trichs, and do more research theres plenty of posts regarding harvesting
